Why does my Network Extender interfere with my Amazon Fire TV box?
When my Network Extender is connected to my home network, it makes my Amazon Fire TV box useless. It reboots itself, freezes, and will not stream movies. As soon as I unplug the network cable from the Network Extender....it works fine They have different IP addresses so it is not a conflict issue

My verizon ellipsis 7 is not holding a charge. I have tried charging it from different locations (computer, wall outlet). Within 10min of unplugging it from the charger, the battery is depleted. Any thoughts? TIA!

Won't turn on!
I plugged my tablet in to charge and the battery symbol signifying charging. But a second later, the battery symbol pops up again but with a question mark inside it. Now my tablet won't turn on at all even with a hard reset. Please help!

On MV7A_31D25_422A and Cannot Update
I have two devices on MV7A_31D25_422A and have never been successful at updating. No matter which directions I try (e.g. make sure 4G is turned on; only use 4G; turn off WiFi and restart; etc), I only ever get "Cannot Connect to Server." I am trying to use myVerizon Ellipsis 7 to loop a video for a wedding. I tried to use Video Looper, ArkMC and BubbleUPnp. These apps all play the video but no sound using mpg, wmv and mp4 formats. VLC plays all formats but wont loop. Suggestions?

Screen turns white and wont charge
I have had 2 ellipis 7 tabs and on both of them the screen just randomly turns White then shuts off. One of them the battery wouldnt hold a charge now i cant get this one to even charge. When I plug it in the for a quick second I get a battery symbol then nothing.
