Can't login to verizon
Hello, I'm having a problem logging into my verizon account. I was able to do so yesterday, but now i'm in a constantly loop on the sign in page. I have problems with receiving international SMS, and I can't contact support unti I can login to my account. What is going on?

Privacy Dashboard
Is Verizon aware that the privacy dashboard website is broken/down? I have been trying to get on it all day to download a file I requested and it has said all day "Our services are currently unavailable", but the regular Verizon website to get into my account is working fine.
200 visa gift card

Voice response system not working corrctly
Just a heads up. Your voice response system at the main support number is not working correctly. It is not listening to the mic after it asks "in a few sentences, tell me what you are calling about". Then it ends up hanging up on you. Happened to me 6 times before I came onto this forum.
