Chat ID and Ticket Number
Has anyone else had this experience: after 10 hours (in two sessions) on chat with Verizon, I was given a chat ID and ticket number (along with a promise that my issue would be resolved.) I called back 5 days later: no one can find any record of the ticket or the chat ID.
