Kids plan says tiktok is blocked but child was on tiktok for 2 hours
I wish I could upload a screenshot, but I was looking at my child activity and saw there was two hours of TikTok and right below that it says the app is blocked. So how is it blocked if my kid watched it for two hours??

Low hanging wires/cables in residential garden
Hello i have low hanging wires/ cables that are not in use that are dangerously low in my back garden. there is also an out of commission metal box free hanging where the cables intersect. no amount of calls or emails are helping to resolve this. please advise as it’s a hazard to children

Content filter
Verizon allows to enable content filtering but there's a category for unknown. What is this? What purpose does it serve if one does not know what this covers, ie., why not have a specific category? This filter is too general. Please explain and advise on steps whether to enable or disable? Thank you.
