Can’t watch certain hd channels
Why do HD 552(tbs), 586(mlb network) and 632(nat geo)not work but the HD channels around them do? I am tired of watching non-HD for those 3 channels. i have tried restarting the modem/boxes etc.

Why are channels unavailable
Whenever I try to view Verizon Fios Tv thru my computer or tablet, many of the channels are unavailable. However, using the settop boxes for the home TVs and using the Verizon App on my Android phone, I can access these channels. What is the remedy for correcting the computer/tablet glitch?
On demand not available on this set top box
I am trying to access on-demand but keep receiving a message saying it is not available for this set top box and to contact Verizon. It was working a week ago but now on demand wont work on either of my set top boxes. Anyone else seeing this issue on their older boxes? Mine is the old Cisco chs 435hdc box.
