Samsung convoy 3 will not download google maps? Do not want to pay for Verizon Navigator!
I have been trying to download google maps in the app section. convoy 3 will NOT let me download it....I shouldn't have to pay for Navigator when google maps is free & much, much better. Any fix for this (other than a new phone)?

I am trying to switch back to my Gusto 3 flip phone, but the cheapest plan available for it now is the $30 plan, which is only $10 cheaper than what I'm paying for my smartphone now. I used to be able to get the $15 plan for this phone before, but now I can't. Why??

Exactly what is considered a notification on the LG Exalt LTE?
The manual indicates... Notification icons report the arrival of new messages, calendar events, alarms, as well as ongoing events, such as when you’re on a call. What about missed calls and voice messages? It is a new phone and I see notifications is the up button. Is that where I see everything that is pending?

need a replacement for Samsung Convoy
Need to upgrade Samsung Convoy with another flip style phone. Want it to be 4G and wifi capable but has to be downward compatible with 3G also. Was interested in Kyocera Cadence, VZ store told me it was NOT 3G capable. I spoke to someone at Kyocera tech support and they said it was. Need a definitive answer.

Is there a way to retrieve photos? I had to get a replacement LG Revere 3 phone and the backup assistant downloaded the phone conacts but not the photos. No the pictures were not backed up on a PC. Before we send back the deactivated phone is there a way to get the photos off the old phone? Thanks

My phone doesn't seem to be compatible with group texting. If i receive a group text, I can only reply to individuals. It doesn't allow me to stay in the group text or even see who is on the group text.

Drop in strenght of service
The strength of the signal in my home has dropped dramatically in the past couple weeks. Phone works fine other places. I often have to go outside to be able to use the phone, when I didn't before, and even then it is weak. I have read about Verizon switching towers and wonder if that is the problem. I live in 55418.

Wet phone
My LG un170 went through the washing machine. It was on when this happened. It's dried now. I try to power on but the screen will only blink on and off with the LG logo. I tried holding the power and volumn buttons at the same time as explained in the troublshooting in the vlrizion web site. No luck. Is there any hope here?
