Ever since Verizon revised this online portal earlier this year I can no longer see or manage my AutoPay setup. I discovered this recently when I needed to update my credit card and noticed the Home tab showed Enroll in AutoPay as though I do not have it setup.
Attempting to set it up again results in an error because there really is an entry there, I just cannot see it. I contacted a number of Verizon agents through Chat who verified that my AutoPay setup does show on their internal systems, I just cannot manage it myself with this revised portal that they implemented. Additionally my AutoPay does actually work properly.
I still have a ticket open on this and was told that their developers are still working on resolving this issue, however it has been a couple of months and still no resolution.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this and has heard anything further about when it will be fixed.
