help!!!! customer service keeps telling me they are going to fix this or that and nothing
What are the issues you are having?
I first called in to open my own account and did a transfer of service or ans liability ( my cell phone), when I called the rep told me he had this special deal in my area etc. long story short he never put in the “ special codes”, I still have a 956.00 bill I was told for sure last time I talked to them they wid be removing or goving me credit for. 99.99 for this smart hub plus the activation etc of 110.0 for it. i have to pay for a backup charger a life proof case and ear bud that we’re all supposedly part of this special deal that’s costing me more than it would of cost to buy the smart hub in full.
I dont don’t know what to do I’m so tired of calling and getting no where. The service isn’t the or the plan o had before isng what I gave now he didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be able I’m get that same plan I pay a lot more now for just mu
line. The data speed seems much slower too.
CHRLAM73, we want to make sure that you're getting the promises that were provided to you at the time of transferring your service. I can understand how upsetting that it would be to be told one thing and not see it be done. I would love to have the chance to turn things around.
