Thinking about switching to $80 plan but i have questions

So im thinking about switching to the unlimited $80 plan from my $60 prepaid because i use too much data but ive heard that you guys make the speed lower on prepaid plans when you go to a certain amount so im really wary because i dont want lower speeds.is this true and also to what amount (kpbs) do you reduce it to if so because if its like 700 kpbs i can live with that..
