My office moved and had their 800 number ported from MetroNet to Comcast. People that have Sprint are able to connect to the 800 # when they call, but there are several people who have Verizon that the 800# just rings (but does not ring into the office). Comcast said it was a Verizon problem...how can that be when one service can access that 800 # but Verizon cells can not? Any help?
