will verizon match TMobile's new senior plan ?

Even though I have been with V before it was Verizon (1990's), am really tempted to switch to TMobile's newly announced senior plan.

For two lines with unlimited talk, text and data (probably slowed after a certain point ) the cost is $60/mo taxes and fees included (autopay required). Both myself and my husband are 55+ and would qualify.

Currently checking with friends, coworkers etc to see how their TMobile coverage is in and around our area.

Yes, T-mobile deal is very inviting. I have called my friends/relatives who are 55+ and use Verizon and they are interested in making a change. Why don't Verizon give their customers a break like this? Why does it seem like other carriers are introducing innovative ideas to attract and retain their coustomers while Verizon does nothing to keep us with them.

I had to go to T-mobile in December 2016 to get my Samsung Frointier Gear 3 smart watch because Verizon failed to tell us when they would make the watch availabe on their network. I am glad I didn't wait because it took Verizon an additional six months to offer the watch. It seems to me Verizon just take their customers for granted. I still have Verizon service with my smartphone due to contract obligations but that ends in a few more months. I'm seriously thinking about moving to T-mobile entirely for the cost savings.

Even Verizon new Rewads promotion comes with a negative, you can only enroll if you give up your privacy to allow them to caputure information about the sites/apps you search so they can sell that data to marketers/advertisers. Again, no breaks here.
