Dropped calls 97229

I recently bought a new IPhone thinking my old one wasn't working anymore because it kept dropping calls. My new one is now doing the same thing. So I went online to my community information page and found out that everyone in my neighborhood is having the same trouble. They are all banding together and plan on switching carriers if this is not corrected shortly. It has been going on for at least six months. I remember when they put a Verizon tower in because it was about 500 feet from my condo. I am assuming it is either not working or has been removed.

I look forward to hearing from Verizon very soon so that I can let my community know how Verizon will be helping us.

Can you please clarify if the dropped calls happen while you are indoors or outdoors? Also, are your other services affected (text, data)? All information you are able to provide truly helps.

Texts are working. But when someone leaves a message the phone does not say there is one until later on in the day. There are a ton of people now looking at T mobile. I know Verizon put something up in the back of the little store up in the Forest Heights shopping center. I know because our HOA looked into it before you put it in. I would think that would be the first place to look.

I did some more investigating and have realized I was wrong, it was AT&T in 2009 that installed equipment in our community store in Forest Heights, Portland Oregon, 97229.

That said, this area is very dissatisfied with your service. I had to call my Father back four times when trying to wish him Happy Father's Day / 2017. He seemed irritated. That was painful for me. My service with Verizon was great until sometime this year, 2017. Please advise how we should move on from here. If need be, let me know how many complaints you need to look further into this problem and hopefully help us out.

I just purchased a new I phone 7 from Verizon about three weeks ago. I had the 6 and thought there was something wrong with it because of the dropped calls. Not sure what all,of my neighbors have. There are 2000 that jive in just my small neighborhood. The complaints however seem to range into the Cedar Hills area as,well.
