How can I report poor cell service to Verizon? I switch to Verizon from sprint because, I was tired of sprint poor and slow cell service. now, I'm experiencing the same with Verizon.
The only official way to report an outage or signal issue is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate it.

My zip code is 23061. My cell service is much worse than it was in the recent past.
