Since 04-07-2017 problems with reception in Cincinnati Ohio

Since 04-07-2017 having problems with reception (drop calls, no outbound, signal loss in Cincinnati Ohio zip 45223, 45224, 44239, 45231.

Signal jumps from 4G to 3G to 1x. and bars from 0 to 4 (of 5).

Any ideas or solutions (already called Tech Support and tested phone(s)

Having a reliable signal is as important to us as it is to you. To that end, we'd need more details to best help. What is the make/model of your phone? Does this only happen in certain areas, such as indoors? Have you gotten a consistent signal/experience outside of those zip codes?

Samsung Note 4, 4-7-17 dropped call driving in 45223, 4-8-17 at home in 45224, wife on s7edge called multiple times from 45224 3:30pm 4:30pm all attempts went to VM. 4-9 evening another Note 4 put in service, same SIM and memory card. Signal fluctuation as noted above at home 45224, sometimes the S7edge has 4G 4of5 bars while Note 4 is not good. At work 45219 4G 4of5 bars about all the time. This has been going all week, today is 4-14.

On my way to Verizon store for them to check the phone, sim etc. Will update.

Got a new SIM card, no significant difference in service.

Still have calls go to VM with no ring on phone.

Text seem to come fine?
