Using an SD Card on a LG Android

I have an Android LG K20 V. It has a 32 gig sd card installed. I moved many games supposedly to the SD card. The device says it has used 15.9 gig of the 16 gig installed. I have removed EVERY game. and still have the same numbers. How do I get this cleared. I cannot add anything.

I know how important it to be able to add things to your phone freely. If you have not formatted your SD card let's get that done.
