Connectivity Problems

I am having problems loading many websites. My data plan reset on the 17th and I have hardly used ti, so I don't think it has to do with

I connect my desktop to the internet through the phone, thethering.

I want to figure out what is the problem. Is this a security problem? Perhaps a sniffer?

I am running Ubuntu 16. I've run netstat -nt, I taken snapshots of my screen at different times.

I am having problems loading certain websites, banking, lastpass, etc.

Please help me figure out what is causing the problem?

We want you to be able to access your webpages Veronica2020. I am unfamiliar with the pictures you have sent us. What is the make/model of your device? When did this start? Are you able to access other websites besides the one you have given me?
