Is there an outage in this area? I have to drive about 25 miles east before phone can start receiving 3G or 4G signal.
This is day number 2 as such
The only official way to report an outage is to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone and ask them to open a trouble ticket to investigate the issue.
We want you to make sure that you can stay connected.I don't show any reported outages here. Are other verizon customers effected here? 25 miles is a long way to travel. That really has our attention because a cell site has an effective range of abou 3 miles. This would mean mutiple sites would need to be down to cover that milage.

That's interesting because I know I have barely connected to a tower 24 miles away.
