I have a work Verizon phone but the cell service and LTE is the worst, nobody hear me on the phone and the zip code is 94806, please help.
Is it an iPhone or an Android phone?

I'm terribly sorry to hear you're having such trouble with service. We always want to make sure you get reliable service you can count on. I checked the area and we mostly show strong service there. When did you start having trouble? Are other users having these issues in the same area?
