going to need a bit more information than that. Which hotpot, which device are you trying to connect for starters
Silvercook420, we want your hotspot to be able to connect to the internet with no issues. Boringusername has brought up a good point. What kind of device are you using? Have you been able to connect to the internet with this hotspot in the past? Please provide me with some more details.

I got it to work, I SELECTED WRONG PLAN, PAY MORE GET LESS. SO I WENT BACK
TO CHEAPER PLAN.

Sounds like you went from a prepaid tiered plan to the prepaid unlimited plan and found out it doesn't include the mobile hotspot feature. To correct it, you likely switched back to one of the tiered prepaid monthly plans.
