I started using Verizon because the level of service at my residence was good (3 or 4 bars). Now, I get maybe 1 or 2 bars? And the phone will drop some calls while I am talking? And I will have zero bars? And I need to leave my indoors, and talk outside my residence.
Has the level of service in my community been changed? Downgraded?
