Why after 3 weeks and a lot of money am I still with no signal most of the time. Either no service, 1x or terrible 3g. Too much money for nothing. I can go elsewhere to be treated this way for less cost. Disappointing.
Would be helpful to identify your zip code, location description of trouble, phone(s) used and other relevant info. Maybe others are experiencing similar issues.
35072. 3- phones. 2 are LGV10 1 is a Google. All have worked well as of 3
weeks ago. Even at work, 35010, the signal is [removed] . Everyone on Verizon is
having trouble with bad service. We are NOT in a storm area. I cannot pay
high prices for "the best" to get average.

Getting good service is a must, DFKeay67. Let's find out what's causing this. What services (voice, text, data) are impacted at these locations? How far must you travel for service to improve? Does the issue happen primarily indoors or outdoors as well?

Yes. All devices. All services. Indoors and out. Service vanished several
weeks ago. We went from a good 4g indoors to barely 3g outdoors. Neighbors
have same issues.
