Poor signal north central Phoenix

There is little to no cell signal or data signal from 19th Avenue down Dunlap to the 51 and all the way South to Camelback then back across over the 19th Avenue. Are you guys doing anything to boost the signal in this area? When you reach certain intersections your phone is completely disconnected from everything.
