Switch employer line to personal account.

I have a phone through my job (on their account) and also a personal phone on my own account.  I no longer use the personal line, and dont even have a phone for that line anymore.  I'd like to cancel the companies line and switch that number to my personal line, getting rid of my old personal number as I have no need for two phones or 2 lines. How do I go about this?
