I have been a verizon customer in the 83001 area since it became available ( over 20 yrs) and have never had such poor phone service. No bars/one bar, sometimes two. Dropped calls, no ring straight to voicemail ( very frequent) and no signal screen, cannot connect, etc.
I have done all the trouble shooting steps I can find on your website,*228, reset sim, power on and off and etc.
I have a Samsung S4 an an LG flip phone both having the same issue so am inclined to not think it is a device problem.
