Hello,

How can I download photos from my PC to my Verizon Motorola E4 Smart phone using a USB connection? Have not had any success with various "solutions" I found online. Am I missing something? Has anyone figured out a way to copy, move photos from their PC to their Verizon Motorola E4 using a USB connection? I've done it by Email, but still want the USB option, if there is one.

Are you changing the USB connection type from charging only to File Transfer after you connect the phone to the computer via the USB cable?

pull down the usb notification panel & change from charge only to file xfer/pics/etc as mentioned in the above comment!!!
