Poor service and no internet service

Is there an outage in the 76104 zip code area.  Everyone that has Verizon is having the same problem.  Phone show LTe 3G  but there is no internet service and unable to text or at least its a [Removed].  Calls drop if you can get through.  This was fine about a month ago, now this has been getting worse over the last week or so.

We definitely want you to be able to use the data you need, Tompet91, since that's so much of what we do with our phones now. We don't show any alerts for your area right now, but we are here to help you get to the bottom of this. Thank you for the details you've already shared; I'd like to get a few more from you. Is this a consistent or intermittent issue? Does it get worse in certain locations or times of day? How far outside of the area do you need to travel for the service to improve?
