LG G4 phone problem

My LG G4 is locked up on the start up screen. I have removed the battery and tried to go to safe mode. Doesn't work. I've removed the battery and card, then reinstalled and tried to turn on. It viberates and the start screen (LG Life's Good) comes up, but doesn't go any further. What can I do?

Mine did this a few months ago and it was a manufacture issue. They send me a different phone (even out of 1 year warranty)

Thanks for the reply to previous question. My G4 is doing the same today. Heading to verizon tomorrow, The phone is just 11 months old.

Verizon won't do anything for you unless you purchased a warranty from them. All you will get is you need to buy a new phone. I think I will soon be a former Verizon customer because of this.
