Weak cellular coverage in [removed]

Please check local cellular towers for 28173 (Weddington/Waxhaw, NC), especially for the neighborhoods on Twelve Mile Creek Road between the intersections with Hwy 84 and New Town Rd. Consistent reports from neighbors state that the Verizon signal has dramatically weakened over the past year to only 1 or 2 bars. Please help us! Thank you.

Thank you for your response. My greatest concern is phone service at my home / home office. I use WiFi here for data. At this moment, I have 2 bars and called become garbled. It appears to happen quite randomly, so I wanted to alert you in case there was a tower needing repair or boosted.

The signal becomes very weak anywhere around our homes in the new neighborhood. I work from a home office that is positioned in the upstairs front of the home. Cellular signal was strongest in this spot when we first moved in, so I selected it for my home office location. Since that time, the signal has weakened to the point of dropping calls daily. I cannot tie the signal loss to any other construction in the neighborhood and nothing has changed structurally at our home. The home is located near the intersection of Twelve Mile Creek Rd and New Town Rd (near the tear drop shaped pond).

I’m in the home office today if you want to ping my phone or see my exact location. Thank you.
