Poor Reception and dropped calls

My husband and I live in Tacoma, WA. 98407.  We have been Verizon customers for many, many years.  We recently have had problems with poor reception and dropped calls.  My husband works from home and has to use our home landline to make business calls.  Not ideal!

Others in our neighborhood are complaining about poor reception or dropped calls.  Is there a way to increase signal strength or check for a problem?

I'm sorry to hear you and your husband aren't experiencing that right now. The good news is that, I see you're in a great coverage area. Please tell me when did you start having trouble with dropped calls? Do you get any error messages? Tell me do you have trouble with data also?
