My Moto G4 Play factory reset itself and won't work

My Verizon Prepaid Moto G4 Play factory reset itself, I forgot my gmail password, and fixed on my tablet now when I type my info in a message pops up saying, " Please sign in using one of the owner's accounts for this device. How do I get back in my phone, i'm paying $40 a month and I have it on auto refill. What do I do???

I've been there before too, bgreen2915. It sometimes takes a few attempts before progress is made, but we'll fight through each level.
