We have been with Verizon 20+ years and this last couple of months we have had the worst coverage in our home ever. Calls frequently drop or are so in and out of the service that we can't even finish a sentence most nights. I have friends and family that I would love to talk to but I get so frustrated trying to find a spot inside or outside of my house that the call is clear. This is ridiculous! We are not on the unlimited plan and this change in services has all of us frustrated in the house. I am in 85756 lived here the whole time we have been with you, but the coverage is getting worse not better as it should. We pay good money to only occasionally be able to take and make phone calls in and around our house. What are is Verizon doing to fix this????!!!!!!

While not a solution to your degrading cellular service, a workaround available to you if you have an internet service provider in your home with wifi router is to enable wifi calling.

While in your house you may have to force this mode as some phones will hang onto poor cellular service. So if you find turning on wifi calling doesn't work effectively, enable airplane mode while in the house then only turn on the wifi radio. Remember to disable airplane mode when leaving the house.

We treasure your long term loyalty VKPIN and we want you to be happy with your service. The suggestion given previously is a good one if you have WiFi available. We do want to take a closer look however to make sure we get you up and running. Do you know other Verizon Wireless customers with this same issue in your area? How are text messages and data working for you?
