My mom's voice mail just got updated and she had a VM on her old account that I need help in retrieving. My father passed away and she kept his old VM. Please help! Her new one is set up and I don't know how to get the old VM's back.

debthomas64, we certainly want to make sure that we do everything that we can to get those messages back for your mother. What is your mothers city and state? When did she get the update to her voicemail?

She lives in Bluff city TN.. she lost dads voicemail about two weeks ago. She would save it every week because she said the VM would tell her it was going to be deleted.
