blue tooth or wifi will not turn on. have done a factory reset but still nothing

ande3754, being able to turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings on your device is a must. I use my phone to connect to Wi-Fi and my Bluetooth speaker all the time, so I understand your concern. Don't worry. I am confident that we can get this issue resolved. jav6 asked a great question. What is the make and model of your device? What happens when you tap on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth switch?
