with airplane mode on and wifi on I get text messages and the audio notification. I don't care that the messages come in but I can't have the notifications making noise, how do I fix?
Which text message application do you use? The app might be capable of receiving and sending messages over wifi.
You can either turn off wifi or silence your phone.
