While i realize that Hurricane Irma may have caused damage to towers etc, it is really frustrating that ever since Sept 11, my Verizon service, which had been excellent, is now so bad. I am getting maybe 1 bar inside my home, and no more than 3 outside, where prior to 9/11 there was never a question....always full bars inside, outside, iphone or Android. We have been customers for 15 years, and currently have 7 lines. We pay way to much to continue to experience dropped calls and poor reception.
