Place an order and it doesnt get processed the right way and when you finally get to pick it up its wrong and all you hear in sorry....
I used to work for Verizon Customer Service, and if you think its an easy job, try applying & tell me how you like it, as a former employee you're yelled at and cursed out consistently, not a fun job.
