So my elderly mom went to the store to pay for her phone bill on 12/23. She received her january bills that showing she ordered iphone x accessories inside the store that cost around $126. My mom have a cheap samsung phone, so theres no way she will order accessories for iphone x. I was checking online and it showing that the accessories was pick up in the store. The customer service says they cant help her because she signs for it, but my mom might have just sign it to pay and someone in the store might have used her information to order the accessories. We called fraud department no help either. What can we do to not pay that charges. Should we file a police report?
