Wireless service in the Charlotte, NC area has deteriorated severely

Wireless service in the Charlotte, NC area has deteriorated severely in the last few weeks.  Dropped calls, not able to answer or make calls, etc.     Is this a temporary problem, or should I switch carriers?

It happens on both an older flip-phone and on a newer Samsung phone.

A few weeks is far too long to miss out on service SHELLMONEY. What zip code are you having trouble in? Is this happening inside, outside or both? Is anyone else having trouble in the area?
