Service decline!

I have not seen a response from Verizon on the service issues regarding slow data,  now constant dropped calls & calls that sound like verbal morse code..... i have been a Verizon customer for at least 20 years & NEVER experienced this before.  WHAT IS GOING ON????

dira74, I want to start off by saying we appreciate your 20 years of loyalty. I am sorry to hear you are having service issues. How long has this been an issue? Can you provide the zip code of the area being affected? Do you know of other Verizon customers experiencing this issue?
