How do I file a complaint? I switched from ATT on 9-11-17 and still haven't received prepaid visa card and I am constantly told to wait 15 more days from the switch department. Thanks
Hello bryonjmay! I understand wanting to get the prepaid visa card. We certainly want you to receive what you qualified for. When you spoke with the Switch and Save team did they state why you need to wait an additional 15 days? Was there additional information that was requested?

Thanks for the email. I have been told since December 1 to wait 15 more days, then again on the 19th and 20th to wait 15 more days. They said that they needed 15 days for verification. This particular department has been very unhelpful since late October. The people in the regular customer department are great, but not the switch department. I am 43 years old and have dealt with many different departments with issues over the years, this may be the worst.

I can certainly understand your concern bryonjmay and would want a resolution on this concern as soon as possible as well. Did the switchers department give any reason as to why you were having to wait in the first place? Were you needing to submit additional information? Did they need to verify the documents you submitted?

Thanks for the reply. On December 1, December 19, and December 20 they gave the same reason. They said that everything had been submitted and they needed 15 days to verify.
