Bait and Switch

After being a customer for over 15 years I have had enough. I recently renewed and upgraded our account (which has four phone lines on it)

I was told that my unused data will roll over and be added to next month's data. I am now being told that that does not repeat into the next month and gets eliminated.

This is a total bait and switch and I will not stand for it.

I am sick of over paying for my wireless and being taken advantage of.

This plan has been around for about 2 years now. Have you not visited the website to see what the current plans are to see if you are on the one that is best for you? You would have seen this information. Verizon never used to rollover any data. All unused data was gone at the end of the billing cycle. Did you care that much then? My guess is, No, since you weren't here complaining about that.
