Each month my data keeps going into overage mode. I downloaded my data detail usage, and the spreadsheet data indicates that usage is occurring on EXACTLY 12 hour intervals (ex. 2:53AM and 2:53PM). These are times when I know we are not using our system. It happens twice a day on these 12 hour intervals. It is what is eating all my data. Has anyone else had this problem?
We're on the wireless HomeFusion system.
Also, the data sheet shows I've already used 7.5GB since Feb 5th, but the summary page says I've used 11.57GB. What's up with that?
