Service is slow or no data at 76104

Service is slow or no data at 76104. This is a hospital and its already stressful and I depend on my phone when I'm here. I have service but no data service. Please fix asap.. It doesn't matter where I am, its the same. Sometimes it work but most of the time it doesn't. I have bought a hot spot hoping this would help but it didn't, I just wasted my money on it.

Please allow us to further investigate the details as we also never want you to feel that you have wasted money on your mobile hot spot. Can you please clarify if the data concern only happens while you are inside the hospital or outside as well? Do you know if anybody else with Verizon services are having the same experience?

Happens inside and out, yes 3 of my 5 Co worker's have Verizon and these issues. It works intermettently before and after business hours (9-5). During business hours it is completely inaccessible, Internet, text and poor cell service.

Thank you for providing those details. We understand it is crucial that you are able to stay in touch. You mentioned that the issue happens outdoors as well, how far from the hospital do you have to travel before the service improves? The reason for that question is, we do show that our towers in your area seem to be working as expected with no alarms. Although the tower is functioning properly, that doesn't mean that issues don't exist. Your ability to receive optimal signal will be based on your distance from the cell site, if the site has a clear line of site to your location that would allow the Radio Frequency (RF) signal to penetrate into your area, terrain and tree foliage (heavier foliage does obstruct RF signal), new construction in the area among other environmental factors. When did these issue start?
