NO SERVICE ANYMORE

I have a had Verizon since high school and lived in Hampton, VA all my life. After the Apple update, my phone no longer works like it use to. The same house I have been in for 20 years no longer gets call or text.

I live in Buckroe Beach in Hampton, VA. Is anyone else having this problem as well?

Think I am going to try a different service. Can no longer work from home and starting to cost be money.

Don't know that the issue is a Verizon one as much as it is an Apple issue. You got an update....from Apple....and now your Apple phone doesn't work. Hmmmmmm! That has Verizon written all over it.

If your difficulty is INSIDE your home, try turning on the WiFi calling capability. That should solve the issue which again is not Verizon's fault.
