How to keep pictures and videos in date order when moving to SD card on LG G5?

I am in the process of moving my pictures and videos from the internal memory on my LG G5 to the SD card. I have done the first month's worth and I noticed that all of the videos are listed first and then the pictures. They are in the correct order in File manager, but when I view them in the gallery, all of the videos are first. Is there any way to keep them in date order in the gallery with the pictures and videos intermingled in the order (date) they were taken? Thank you!
