I've been a long term faithful customer. I know there are plans that offer free unlimited data. I want to know why I am not eligible for the unlimited data plan?
They have unlimited data plans they aren't free to anyone.
Free unlimited data? As an 18 year customer, I have never heard of such a thing.

Nobody offers free wireless data on an unlimited basis.
However, the paid plans offered may not cost more than your current plan.
The only “free” unlimited data I’ve heard of is an upgrade to home internet data if you have a TV bundle and it’s selected areas. (ATT and spectrum i think). The upgrade is usually an up charge.
