How do I delete a line from my account?
By calling customer service or visiting a Verizon store
After hours on the phone with every department avilable, I gave up on the process. This phone was lost and I don't want the line any more. I've suspended it and paid off the phone but it wont go away.
To cancel service or remove a line permanently: Call Customer Service at (800) 392-0717, (Mon – Fri, 7 AM - 9 PM, Sat – Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM local time).
