I spoke to more than one person on the service chats prior to upgrading if i could make a partial device payment on the device, I spoke to more than one person and they all said that A.) it was possible. B.) the associate would pay their monthly device weekly.
Now I'm making the payment, and was asking someone if it could be rerouted towards the device balance and was told that no it cant happen. its either pay the entire device in full or just stick with the monthly payments.
Now I have to go and return the phone because this is deceptive business practice. Just say no from the beginning instead of trying to earn a commission in a predatory fashion while <<removed>>your customer.
