I was in your RT10, NJ store yesterday afternoon. Greeted well and helped nicely. Sales rep helped Jonathan helped
so nice I ended up even getting a wireless charger. When I got home I realized I was given the wrong one. Returned the store
to get the correct when I ended up meeting the "Greg the Insult Manager for $ 10". When salesman tried to create a home deliver
system changed the item price from $ 67 to $ 99 , so he wanted to get a code from his manager to match the price to the one I paid
since this whole issue was the fault of stores giving me the wrong item. Mr Greg (last name not on the badge, tells me my receipt
matches the product I was given so there is no mistake, and if I want I have to pay 99 or else. I am getting impatient and angry at his
attitude at this point, I explained him I do not care what the receipt say. I wanted to purchase one unit by mistake I was given another
and charged something, this is not an open stock unit that I as a customer take something and bring to the register and he can not act offensive.
he has to show some respect. he offers me $10. I thanked him, asked all money back. Left the store. My question to you is in two folds.
1) This products is sold in your web site for $ 79 Samsung EP-PG950TBEGUS . so where did Problem Manager GREG came up with $ 99 number??
2) Can I offer your $ 25 a Month from my phone Bill and designate a person to INSULT GREG , TWO TImes a Month on the days I pick. I will be paying more then what He offered to me but I feel generous? and Since I am 55 years old and He is young.
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?????????
I AM A VERIZON WIRELESS & VERIZON FIOS CUSTOMER FOR A VERY LONG TIME and never have I seen your retail stores employing some one with at this low level of people skills.
