Porting phone number to straighttalk

Question

I get the general idea of this, but when I gave straighttalk my account info, they told me it was wrong when I had literally copied and pasted it into the boxes. They told me I had to call verizon and get the account info from them. I can't call verizon as my phone broke which is why I moved to straighttalk. So I have no way of contating verizon unless there is another way. If anyone knows, would you please let me know?

If it was the account number that was incorrect you could also find it in your MyVerizon account online, or by visiting a Verizon store. If it was the 4-digit PIN that was incorrect you can try resetting it at VZW.com/PIN or at a store location if unable to call.
